1. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide Directly
- Contact Information — name, email address, mobile or landline phone number, mailing or service address
- Project & Property Information — details about your home or business, scope of work requested, color preferences, project timing, access instructions, and any photographs or video you share with us during the quote or job process
- Communications — the content of messages, voicemails, emails, and text messages you send us, including any information you choose to share when calling our office or interacting with our team
- Payment Information — credit card, debit card, ACH, or check details. Card and ACH information is processed by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers or full bank account numbers on our systems.
- Testimonial & Review Content — if you provide a review, testimonial, photo, or other feedback, we may publish it on our Site, social media, or marketing materials. We typically use first name and last initial only (e.g., “John D.”) unless you authorize otherwise.
b. Information Collected at Your Property
When our estimators or painting crews visit your home or business, we may collect:
- Photographs and video of the property and work areas, used to prepare quotes, document existing conditions, plan work, communicate with the crew, document completed work, and (with your separate consent for portfolio use) showcase representative projects in our marketing.
- Property and access details you share verbally or in writing.
We do not photograph occupants, personal documents, or identifying details inside your home for marketing use without your express permission.
c. Information Collected Automatically Online
When you visit our Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Device & Usage Data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring/exit URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and clickstream data

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to quote requests, schedule estimates, and answer inquiries
- Prepare estimates, perform painting and related services, and document completed work

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from Tulsa Paint Company, the following terms apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

f. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers, but availability and delivery cannot be guaranteed.
g. No Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors and service providers supporting the Services (for example, our SMS delivery platform, scheduling software, and customer support tools) is permitted strictly to deliver the Services. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Email Marketing
If you provide your email address, you consent to receive marketing emails and promotions from Tulsa Paint Company. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our physical postal address, in accordance with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. You may unsubscribe at any time using that link or by contacting us using the information in Section 13. Transactional emails (quote responses, invoices, appointment confirmations, etc.) are not subject to opt-out while you have an active project or account with us.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

- Scheduling, CRM, and field-service management (e.g., Jobber) — for quotes, scheduling, invoicing, and client communications

- SMS messaging platform — to deliver the text messages described in Section 3
- Email marketing platform — to send marketing and transactional emails
- Website hosting and security providers
- Website analytics providers (see Section 6)
- Painting subcontractors and crew members working on your project
- Professional Advisors. Attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors as reasonably necessary.
- Legal Requirements. When required by law, subpoena, court order, regulation, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tulsa Paint Company, our customers, employees, or others.
- Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.
- With Your Consent. For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your direction.
